Support Coordination focuses on relieving the stress of organising your NDIS supports and aims to build you or your support network’s capacity to understand and navigate the NDIS. Your Support Coordinator provides impartial and independent advice and connect you to mainstream, funded and government disability support services. Having access to professional support is vital to ensure you receive the funding to meet yours and or your loved ones needs and goals.
Specialist Support Coordination may be funded when the NDIS has assessed that a participant has complex and or high support needs. Your specialist support coordination will be provided by a qualified and experienced practitioner such as an occupational therapist, psychologist or social worker.
